Visa Processing & Consultation Fees

All payments made for visa processing, file preparation, document review, and embassy consultation are 100% non-refundable once our team begins working on your file.
Visa approvals or rejections are completely at the discretion of the respective country's embassy or consulate.
Fayaz Holidays holds no responsibility for visa denials or processing delays, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Section 03

Holiday & Tour Packages

If cancellation is requested 30+ days before departure, customers may be eligible for a partial refund depending on airline and hotel policies.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are usually non-refundable due to vendor commitments.
Once the tour has started, no refunds will be issued for unused services including sightseeing, meals, or transport.
