Section 01
General Booking & Payments
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information including passport name, date of birth, and contact details.
- Fayaz Holidays is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by customers.
- Flight and hotel prices are dynamic and may change before final confirmation.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully cleared.
Section 02
Visa Assistance & Consultation
- Fayaz Holidays assists with documentation, file preparation, and travel itineraries.
- Visa approval or rejection is solely decided by the respective Embassy or Consulate.
- Fayaz Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or immigration issues.
- Customers must provide genuine and authentic documents only.
Section 03
Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Changes or cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
- Additional administrative/service fees may apply for modifications.
- No refund or credit will be given for unused services such as missed flights, hotel nights, or transfers.

Travel Documents & Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months) and visa requirements.
- We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

Limitation of Liability
- Fayaz Holidays acts only as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers.
- The company is not liable for accidents, delays, losses, political unrest, natural disasters, or force majeure events caused by third parties.
